Project services
A future project agreement must set out its own scope, deliverables, payment milestones, acceptance, changes, cancellation and termination terms before work begins. A website inquiry or service description does not create a charge or replace that agreement.
Any agreed terms remain subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. This page does not decide how a particular project payment or refund would be handled.
If a paid digital product is introduced
A real offer would need to identify the seller, the product, price and currency, payment schedule, any trial or renewal, cancellation method, access after cancellation and applicable refund rights before purchase. A product-specific agreement and privacy notice must reflect the actual service and payment provider.
No named paid SaaS product, payment processor or subscription flow is confirmed for this corporate website. Any such offer requires separate reviewed terms and a working cancellation and support process before it is published.
Refunds and statutory rights
Because this website takes no payment, there is no website purchase to refund. A future product or project may have contract-specific cancellation and refund terms. How to raise a billing concern
Contact support@novagrex.co.uk with a brief description and an order or invoice reference if one exists. Do not send a full payment-card number, security code or password. The address was supplied by the owner; mailbox receipt and handling have not been tested.
Any actual billing dispute must be reviewed against its agreement and applicable law. This draft does not invent a response or repayment deadline.
Platform purchases, data and governing terms
If a future product is sold through an app store or marketplace, its purchase flow must identify the seller and any platform-specific payment, cancellation and refund process. Mentioning a platform does not establish an existing NovaGrex listing or approval.
Product data handling belongs in that product’s privacy notice; a data deletion request does not automatically cancel billing. The owner has selected the law of England and Wales for these website terms, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Future product liability and dispute terms require their own review.
