Cookie Policy
Owner-designated effective date: 1 October 2026 · Operational details and qualified review remain pending.
Scope and operator
This draft concerns https://novagrex.co.uk, operated by NOVAGREX LIMITED under the NovaGrex brand. Privacy contact: privacy@novagrex.co.uk. Owner-designated effective date: 1 October 2026; final reviewed version remains pending.
Cookies are one way for a website to store information on a device. Local storage, session storage, pixels and other storage or access techniques may also be relevant. A policy limited to a list of cookies can miss other behavior.
The intended V1 approach
The planned corporate site avoids advertising pixels, marketing analytics, remote font services, embedded maps and chat widgets. The problem-to-division guide is intended to work without creating a persistent visitor profile.
Local Chrome checks on 1 October 2026 found no cookies, local/session storage, IndexedDB databases, cache entries or service workers during initial visits, guide interaction, navigation and the inactive contact-form failure path. All observed requests in that earlier test used the local origin. The later Sentry opt-in adds error-report requests to the configured Sentry ingestion host; this must be tested again in the launch environment. No replay or analytics is configured. These observations do not establish behavior on the eventual host or with live providers; those must be inspected before launch. A site with no analytics can still process personal information when serving pages or receiving an inquiry.
Inventory before publication
The final inventory must identify each actual storage or access technology, who provides it, its purpose, when it is activated and its duration. It must cover an initial visit, navigation, guide interaction, form submission, error states and any provider challenge.
Measured inventory and audit date: {{COOKIE_AND_STORAGE_INVENTORY}}. Applicable legal assessment for each technology: {{STORAGE_ACCESS_LEGAL_ASSESSMENT}}. An empty inventory must be supported by observation; it cannot be assumed from source code alone.
Consent and other applicable controls
The controls shown to visitors must follow the actual technology and applicable rules. If a feature requires prior consent, it must wait for that choice. If an exception or an objection mechanism applies, the approved policy must explain the actual purpose and available control.
No consent banner has been specified merely for appearance. A banner cannot correct undisclosed or prematurely activated tracking. Before any optional technology is introduced, review the inventory, update this policy and implement the required choices.
Browser settings and external sites
Your browser may let you inspect, remove or block stored site data. The available controls differ by browser, and blocking essential storage can affect a feature that depends on it. Clearing storage does not automatically erase inquiry correspondence or server records.
Following an external link takes you to a separately operated website with its own policies. If third-party content is embedded in future, its behavior must be assessed before it loads; a link in this policy alone is not a substitute for an appropriate control.
Questions and updates
Questions about storage or tracking can be directed to privacy@novagrex.co.uk. Mailbox receipt has not been tested. The Privacy Policy covers the broader handling of personal information and requests.
Recheck this policy when hosting, security tooling, analytics or embedded content changes. The approved version must record an effective date and retain enough audit evidence to explain what visitors actually encounter.
